Description
With a thermal detector of up to 640×512 resolution, a 1024×768 OLED display, and a F1.0 lens it is easy to see wildlife even if it’s pitch-black outside with the new Thunder 2.0 The newly developed heat sensor has a NETD value as low as <20mK which means that even the tiniest of details in objects and backgrounds can be picked up easily and clearly even in poor weather conditions. The new Thunder series is available as both a scope and a clip-on for your existing scope. The clip-on scope is easier to attach with a new design and can be attached with the M52*0.75 thread with which is a common dimension among third-party adapters. The scope has a detection distance of up to 2600m (depending on the model in the series).
On the outside of the scope, we find a completely new and intuitive design that, among other things, makes it easier to handle the scope with gloves. The new focus knob design replaces the old focus ring from previous models, improving the ergonomics of use for users, while the magnesium alloy design allows the Thunder 2.0 to be lightweight and compact. The scope comes with a new user-friendly interface that lets users access the most popular settings via a quick menu and it´s easy to find the right balance of brightness and tone adjustments for comfortable viewing. Zeroing profiles are other ways to personalize the scope.
The scope boasts a robust battery life of10 hours and features a new replaceable battery that can be charged while in use, thus reducing downtime.
Another exciting new feature on the scope is the built-in microphone and recoil activation. With recoil activation, the scope always records a loop of movie 7 seconds before and 7 seconds after the shot so you never have to worry about starting the movie function.
